Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our products are made through our fulfillment partner after you place your order, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume seasons or new drops.


You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

 

Shipping Times:

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct it before it ships.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We’re still happy to help guide you through that process.

 

Damaged Packages: 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can make it right.
